Comilla University invites applications from eligible candidates for admission into the 1st year undergraduate (honors) programs under various faculties for the academic year 2025-26. Below are the detailed admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and important dates.

Eligibility Criteria
Students who passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent examination in 2024 or 2025 and the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent examination in 2021, 2022, or 2023 can apply, subject to specific conditions.
A-Unit (Faculty of Science and Engineering)
- A minimum GPA of 3.00 in both SSC/Equivalent and HSC/Equivalent exams (including the 4th subject) and a combined GPA of 7.00 is required.
- For Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, CSE, and ICT departments, candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.00 in Mathematics at the HSC level.
- For the Chemistry department, candidates must have a GPA of 3.00 in Chemistry and 3.00 in Mathematics at the HSC level.
- For the Pharmacy department, candidates must have a GPA of 3.00 in both Chemistry and Biology and 2.50 in Mathematics at the HSC level.
B-Unit (Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Social Science, and Law)
- Candidates from the Humanities group must have a combined GPA of 6.00 in SSC and HSC (including the 4th subject).
- Candidates from the Science group must have a combined GPA of 6.50, and those from the Commerce group must have a GPA of 6.00.
- A minimum GPA of 3.00 in both SSC and HSC exams is required for all groups.
C-Unit (Faculty of Business Studies)
- Candidates from the Science group must have a combined GPA of 6.50, while those from the Commerce group need a GPA of 6.00, and candidates from the Humanities group require a GPA of 6.00.
- A minimum GPA of 3.00 in both SSC and HSC exams is required for all groups.
GCE Levels:
- Candidates must pass 5 subjects at the ‘O’ Level and at least 2 subjects at the ‘A’ Level.
- Among the 7 subjects, a minimum of 4 subjects must have a grade of ‘B’ or higher.

Admission Test Mark Distribution
The admission test will be conducted in a multiple-choice question (MCQ) format. Candidates will have 1 hour to answer 100 questions, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
