Eligibility Criteria for Polytechnic Admission
Diploma in Engineering / Textile / Tourism & Hospitality
- SSC/Equivalent or O-Level passed in 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Minimum GPA: 3.00 with at least GPA 2.00 in General/Advanced Mathematics
- O-Level: Minimum 1 subject with C grade and two subjects with D grade including Mathematics
Diploma in Marine Engineering
- SSC (Science Group) with GPA 3.50 or Vocational equivalent with Math, Physics & Chemistry
- O-Level: Minimum C grade in 5 subjects including Physics, Math, and English
- Maximum age: 18 years
- Physical Fitness Required:
- Height: Boys – 5’4”, Girls – 5’2”
- Vision: Minimum 6/6 with glasses
- BMI: 17–25 (e.g., for 5’6″, weight must be 48–71 kg)
- Medical fitness, vision, color vision, and hearing fitness certificates required
Diploma in Agriculture / Forestry / Fisheries / Livestock
- SSC/Equivalent passed in 2023, 2024, or 2025 with minimum GPA 2.50
- O-Level: 1 subject with C and 2 subjects with D grade
