The refund process for students who withdrew their admission applications at the proposed Dhaka Central University (formerly Dhaka University–affiliated Government 7 College) has officially started. From September 3, 2025, students whose applications were canceled can apply for a refund within the next seven days.
According to the university’s interim administration, a total of 2,760 students from various departments have applied online to cancel their admission and request a refund.

Students who have already applied for a refund online must visit the new admission website and:
- Click on the “Refund Request” option
- Provide their SSC and HSC roll numbers
- Enter their bKash number
- Complete the refund application process again
Refund Amount
Students initially deposited 800 BDT as an admission application fee. After deducting service charges, each student will receive 734 BDT back.
