Shahjalal Islami Bank Foundation will provide scholarship to meritorious and financially disadvantaged students who passed the HSC/equivalent examination in 2024 and are currently enrolled in undergraduate or equivalent programs. Interested candidates can apply directly, by post, or by courier within 18 September 2025.
Scholarship Benefits
- Monthly Allowance: BDT 2,500 (for 3–5 years)
- One-time Grant: BDT 6,000 (as per 2023 data)
- Total Scholarship Value: Around BDT 1,50,000 per student

Application Conditions
- Applicants must fill out the prescribed form and attach the required documents.
- Applications will not be accepted if the father’s/mother’s/guardian’s annual income exceeds BDT 2,00,000.
- Any incomplete, incorrect, or false information will result in cancellation.
- Applicants already receiving scholarships from other organizations will not be eligible.
Required Documents
- 3 recent passport-size photographs of the applicant and 1 photograph of father/mother/guardian.
- Attested copies of SSC & HSC transcripts/mark sheets.
- Attested copy of SSC testimonial.
- Attested copies of SSC & HSC registration cards and admit cards.
- Attested copy of Student ID card/Certificate of current institution & admission receipt.
- Copy of Birth Certificate or National ID card of the applicant.
- Original income certificate issued by the employer (if employed) or by a 1st class gazetted officer/Ward Commissioner/Union Parishad Chairman.
- Applicant’s contact details (address, mobile number, email) must be filled in correctly.
