Eligibility Requirements for Army Soldier Post
Candidates must meet the educational, age, and physical requirements set by the Bangladesh Army.
1. General Trade (GD) – Male & Female
- Education: Minimum GPA 3.00 in SSC/Equivalent exam
- Age: 17–22 years on 01 February 2027
2. Technical Trade (TT) – Male & Female
- Education: Minimum GPA 3.00 in SSC (Science)/Vocational
- Must have passed a minimum 3-month technical trade course approved by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board
- Age: 17–23 years on 01 February 2027

- Affidavit regarding age is not accepted
- Candidates must be unmarried
- Candidates must know how to swim

How to Apply
Applicants must first send an SMS using Teletalk prepaid SIM and then complete the online application form.
Step 1: First SMS (Application)
For General Trade (GD):
Go to the message option and type:

For Technical Trade (TT):

Step 2: Second SMS (Fee Payment)
After sending the first SMS, you will receive a reply containing a PIN Number.
Now type:

Send to 16222.

Female candidates must use FSAINIK instead of SAINIK.
Step 3: Online Application Form
After payment, you will receive a User ID & Password.
Log in to: sainik.teletalk.com.bd
Then complete the online application and upload a 300×300 pixel photograph.
District Code & Trade Code
Your District Code and Trade Code are mandatory for submitting the application correctly.

Admit Card Download
Eligible candidates will receive an SMS 72 hours before the exam.
Using the User ID and Password, candidates must log in to the website and download/print the admit card.
