Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent examination from any recognised board.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 32 years as of May 1, 2026. No affidavit will be accepted as proof of age.
- Other Conditions
- Government, semi-government, or autonomous institution employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the viva voce. Age relaxation does not apply to currently employed candidates.
- Candidates who are married to or have committed to marry a non-Bangladeshi citizen are not eligible to apply.
Application Fee: BDT 56 (approximately) Breakdown: Exam fee BDT 50 + Service charge BDT 4 + VAT BDT 0.75. Payment must be made via Teletalk pre-paid mobile through SMS only. No other payment method is accepted.
How to Apply (Step-by-Step)
Step 1 – Fill out the online form: Visit http://dyd.teletalk.com.bd and complete the application form carefully.
Step 2 – Upload photo and signature
- Recent colour photograph: 300×300 pixels, max 100KB
- Signature scan: 300×80 pixels, max 60KB
Step 3 – Submit and save Applicant’s Copy: After submitting, download and print the Applicant’s Copy. It contains your User ID needed for fee payment.

You will receive a confirmation SMS with your Password upon successful payment.
Step 6 – Download your admit card: Log in using your User ID and Password on the website to download and print your admit card when available.
