The Islamic Development Bank-Bangladesh Islamic Solidarity and Educational Wakf (IsDB-BISEW) IT Scholarship Program will provide completely free professional IT training. Currently, application for admission in 65th round is ongoing. This program has been running for nineteen years. The program aims to provide employment to talented Muslim candidates by imparting international-level professional IT training. The program has so far produced 17,276 IT professionals who are working in more than 3,254 organizations in the country and abroad.
Eligibility of Application
- Candidate should pass Honours (Graduate)/Fazil or study in Masters/Kamile.
- OR Four years of Diploma-in-Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Electronics/Civil/Architecture/Survey/Construction) should be passed.
- The maximum age limit of the candidate should be 30 years.
Last date of application: 15 January 2025.
Some important information about the course:
- Total number of seats is 165. The number of seats is 135 for graduate candidates and 30 for diploma candidates.
- The number of seats for Dhaka and Chittagong are 150 and 15 respectively. All courses are conducted in Dhaka only for Diploma holder candidates.
- Candidates who have joined any course in the previous round will not be accepted if they reapply.
- Candidates will be selected on the basis of written and oral examinations. The exam will be held in Dhaka and Chittagong and will be conducted in MCQ format on Maths and English subjects.
- Training timings are 9.00 am to 1.00 pm or 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Classes will be held 6 days a week.
- The duration of the course is eight and a half months.
